Wilbert Middleton, Jr.

          Mr. Wilbert Middleton, Jr., age 85, formerly of Duplin County passed away in Silver Spring, MD.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 25, 2022 at Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel, 472 Wells Town Road in Rose Hill, NC at 2:00 pm.  Interment will follow at Boney Cemetery, West Charity Road in Rose Hill, NC.

Left to cherish his precious memories are his wife, Helen Margaret Middleton of Silver spring, MD; one daughter, Renee Middleton Obioma of Brooklyn, NY; two great-grandchildren: Torey & Zoe Middleton; one sister, Leah Middleton; one sister-in-law, Willie Mae Hunt and one brother-in-law, Robert Boney (Barbara); nieces, Cynthia Boney Perry and DeQuilla Battle; special brother, Benny Goodman; special children: Pastor Daryl and Yvonne Walker, Patricia and John Burns, Derrick Cozette Jackson, John and Robin Todd, Jr., Angela Grady, Martha Stanley, Carol Miller and all of the Turner family; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends that will miss him dearly.
