Ruth Mae West-McCloud

Mrs. Ruth Mae West-McCloud, age 90, of Rose Hill, NC peacefully transitioned into eternal rest on Friday, January 8, 2021, at her residence. Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon on Thursday, January 14, 2021, at Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel, 472 Wells Town Road, Rose Hill, NC. Burial will follow at Duplin Memorial Gardens, Teachey, NC. Left to cherish her precious memories are one son, Sylvester McCloud (Verlista) of Greensboro; two daughters: Nancy Carter (Van) of Colonial, NJ and Shirley Williams (Willie) of Wallace, NC; Eight grandchildren, Ten great-grandchildren, Elven great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends that will miss her dearly. A viewing will be one hour prior to the service from 11:00 am to 11:50 am on Thursday, January 14, 2021, at Rose Hill Funeral Home, Rose Hill. Please be mindful of the Governor's Executive Order limiting gatherings to No More than 50 persons. We will be expecting EVERYONE entering our facility to comply with the order(Only 50 people will be allowed in the facility at all times), Wearing a mask or facial covering, sanitizing your hands, and practicing social distancing.
