Mrs. Marinda Beatrice Southerland Vann, age 97, of Magnolia, Transitioned into Eternal Rest on Sunday, August 23, 2020, at home. Funeral service will be 2:30 pm Saturday, August 29, 2020, at Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel, 472 Wells Town Road in Rose Hill, NC. Rev. Pamela Faison, officiating. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Funeral Home Cemetery, Magnolia, NC. Left to cherish her precious memories are nine children; William Bernard Vann (Pamela) and Dean Sylvester Vann (Monica), both of Magnolia, Steed Lemonte Vann of Goldsboro, Pattie Mae Vann of Magnolia, Geneva Faison (Dale) and Arletha Gillespie (Willie) both of Kenansville, Evelyn Jean Vann of Durham, Annie Vann Kenan of Warsaw and Willie Inez Vann of Magnolia; eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends that will miss her dearly. Visitation for relatives and friends will be 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Friday, August 28, 2020, at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 472 Wells Town Road, Rose Hill, NC.
