Mae Gervis Echols Mazyck

           Mrs. Mae Gervis Echols Mazyck, age 100, of Willard, NC passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Angel House Hospice Care Center in Whiteville, NC.

Homegoing service will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at Willard Chapel Baptist Church in Willard, NC at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow at Riverview Memorial Park in Watha, NC. An inspirational wake will be held on Friday, June 10, 2022, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel, 472 Wells Town Road in Rose Hill, NC.

Left to cherish her precious memories are her children, Matthew Mills (Laverne) and Ernestine Phillips, both of Willard, NC; grandson, David Phillips, raised in the home, one brother, Ronald Echols (Geneva); six sisters: Theressia Echols Williams, Alfair Brinson, DeLois Echols Purdie (Alexander), Floyetta Echols Murray, Carolyn Echols Murray (James) and Mary Helen Echols Townsley; six grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends that will miss her dearly.
