James Harold "Pap" Pollock

Mr. James Harold Pollock, aka “Pap”, age 79, transitioned on Saturday, July 4, 2020 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wilmington, NC. Left to cherish his precious memories are two sons, James E. Pollock (Sonya) of Lexington Park, MD and Clifton Pollock of Louisville, KY; five daughters: Mary Pollock of Wilmington, Carolyn Pollock, Linda Rhodie, Anita Coston (Stephon) and Yvonne Rhodie, all of Wallace; seven sisters: Joyce Pollock (Ricky) of Rose Hill, Nettie Rogers (Charles) of Warsaw, Patricia Underwood (Lawrence), Maybell Murray (James), Wanda Faye Dixon (Bernard) and Montrina Dudley, all of Wallace, and Barbara Jean Fields(Charles) of Kenansville; sixteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends that will miss him dearly. Funeral service will be 11:00 am Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel, 472 Wells Town Road, Rose Hill, NC. Rev. Faison, officiating. Burial will follow at Ironmine Cemetery, Wallace, NC.
