Mr. James Douglas Newkirk, age 64, of Rose Hill, NC died Saturday, January 22, 2022, at his residence. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel, 472 Wells Town Road in Rose Hill, NC. Left to cherish his memories are two daughters: Cherelle Newkirk of Springfield, VA and Janelle Newkirk of Centerville, VA; one uncle, Fred Douglas Newkirk of Rose Hill; two grandchildren, Jeremiah Taylor and Addison Frederick; a host of cousins and friends that will miss him dearly.
