Mrs. Helen Lenora Batts, age 93, of Charlotte, NC formerly of Rose Hill, NC Transitioned into Eternal Rest on Sunday, July 12, 2020, in Charlotte, NC. Left to cherish her precious memories are one daughter, Tonya Nolley (Bobby) of Charlotte; one sister, Clara Mae Williams (David); six grandchildren; Henry, Reginald, Shawn, Corey, and Anthony Lewis and Letisha Stephens; two special grandchildren: Latanya Bradshaw (Renato) of Charlotte and Tarvia Wade of Pink Hill; numerous great-grandchildren; three god-children, Shanika Morales, Timmy, and Tammy Hatcher; two sisters-in-law, Daisy Dixon (Andrew) and Nicie Williams, both of Rose Hill; brother-in-law, Billy Batts (Debbie) of Philadelphia, PA; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends that will miss her dearly. Funeral service will be 1:00 pm Thursday, July 16, 2020, at Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel, 472 Wells Town Road in Rose Hill, NC. Rev. Quincey Hill, officiating. Interment will follow at St. Lewis Church Cemetery in Chinquapin, NC. Viewing for relatives and friends will be 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at Rose Hill Funeral Home, Rose Hill, NC.
