Mrs. Gracie Lee Atkinson-Jones, age 83, of Willard, NC Transitioned on Monday, January 11, 2021, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wilmington, NC. Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon Saturday, January 16, 2021, at Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel, 472 Wells Town Road, Rose Hill, NC. Rev. Ben Artis, officiating. Burial will follow at Jones Family Cemetery, Johnson Nursery Road, Willard, NC. Left to cherish her precious memories are three sons: James Jones of Sanford, NC, Billy Ray Jones (Mallie) of Chapel Hill, NC, Nathaniel Jones of Sanford, NC, and Wardell Johnson (deceased); four daughters: Felita Lee of Wilmington, NC, Lavern Johnson (Douglas) of Watha, NC, Grace Williams (DeWitt) of Sugarland, TX and Barbara Keith (Kelvin) of Clayton, NC; two sisters: Edna Atkinson Williams and Annie Bennerman, both of Teachey, NC; one aunt, Annie Resper of Washington, DC; ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; numerous family and friends that will miss her dearly. Visitation for relatives and friends will be 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Friday, January 15, 2021, at Rose Hill Funeral Home, Rose Hill. Services will be live-streamed on the Rose Hill Funeral Home Facebook page. Please be mindful of the Governor's Executive Order limiting gatherings to No More than 50 persons. We will be expecting EVERYONE entering our facility to comply with the order(Only 50 people will be allowed in the facility at all times), Wearing a mask or facial covering, sanitizing your hands, and practicing social distancing.
