Gene Allen James

Mr. Gene Allen James, age 74, of Kenansville, died Thursday, July 22, 2021 at home. Funeral service will be Friday, July 30, 2021 at 11:00 am at the Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel, 472 Wells Town Road in Rose Hill, NC. Interment will follow at James Family Cemetery in Kenansville, NC. Left to cherish his precious memories are two daughters; Tonya Dixon of Bowie, MD and Maynesha James of Ft. Washington, MD; one son, Gene D. James of Ft. Washington, MD; one brother, Charles James of Kenansville, NC; three sisters: Minnie Carson (Bernie) of Los Angeles, CA, Ruby Bultron of New York City, NY and Lauretta Davis (Bernard) of Willingsburg, NJ; five grandchildren: six great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends that will miss him dearly. A viewing will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2021 from 3 pm to 5 pm at Rose Hill Funeral Home, Rose Hill.
