Mrs. Christine Phillips Savage, age 78, of Raleigh, NC was added to Heaven’s Garden on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Rex Hospital, Raleigh, NC. She is survived by her husband, Elvin R. Savage of Warsaw; two sons, James Graham (Gathal) of Raleigh and Elvin Savage, Jr. (Carrie) of Hampton, GA; three daughters: Cherry Thomas (Gerald) of Duluth, GA, Angela Graham of Raleigh and Patricia Boseman (Curtis) of Charlotte; one brother, Willie Edward Phillips of Portsmouth, VA; four sisters: Betty Boykin of Wallace, Carolyn Robinson of Kenansville, Brenda Dunn (Kenneth) of Fayetteville and Deborah Phillips of Wallace; eleven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, two aunts, one uncle, three sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law; nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends that will miss her dearly. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church 259 Jack Dale Rd, Wallace, NC 28466. Apostle Terrell Boykin, officiating. Interment will follow in the Rose Hill Funeral Home Cemetery, Magnolia, NC. All viewing will be 10:00 am to 10:50 am Wednesday, January 29,2020 at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church.
