Charlie Junior Newkirk

          Mr. Charlie Junior Newkirk, age 70, of Rose Hill, NC passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at home.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Mt. Siani Missionary Baptist Church in Wallace, NC at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Duplin Memorial Gardens in Teachey, NC.

Left to cherish his memories: one son, Purvis Dion Newkirk(Cicily) of Eden, NC; two daughters: Tamela Murphy (James) of Garner, NC and Tanja Lee (Paxton) of Burgaw, NC; two brothers: Arnez Newkirk of Rose Hill, NC and Marcel Newkirk of Mt. Olive, NC; one sister, Alberta N. Bannerman (Franklin) of Rose Hill, NC; Six grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren; four brothers-in-law, four sisters-in-law; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that will miss him dearly.
