Blanch Elizabeth Burgess Furlow

          Mrs. Blanch Elizabeth Burgess Furlow, age 82, of the Greenevers Community of Rose Hill, NC transitioned from this earth to her heavenly home on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at ECU Health Duplin Hospital in Kenansville, NC.

A visitation of family and friends will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 7:00  pm at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 472 Wells Town Road in Rose Hill, NC. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 12, 2024 at 1:00 pm at the Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel, followed by the burial at Rose Hill Funeral Home Cemetery in Magnolia, NC.

Left to cherish her precious memories; two children: Susan Basden of Wallace, NC and Edward Forest Basden of Rose Hill, NC; one brother, Robert Burgess (Vanessa) of Baltimore, MD; seven grandchildren: Koesha Basden Fields (Gregory) of Winnabow, NC, Rashon Dobson Morrisey (Timothy) of Rose Hill, NC, Erika Basden Hall (Ricardo) of Clayton, NC, Rochael Dobson of Kenansville, NC, Adrian Basden of Cary, NC, Miranda Basden of Charlotte, NC and Michael Basden of Durham, NC; nine great-grandchildren: Simiyah, Nevaeh, Jakayla, Jace, Kinylah, Joshua, Donavon, Carter and Kosmic’ David; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends that will miss her endearing smile.
